Shipping Rules

Giant Industries Global LLC – Commercial Shipping & Delivery Framework

1. Freight Delivery Protocol

Due to the significant weight and footprint of professional clinical infrastructure, all major equipment orders are dispatched via commercial Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight transport. Standard freight deliveries are curbside only.

2. Receiving and Inspection Obligations

  • Consignee Presence: A designated clinical or facility representative must be present during the scheduled delivery window to sign for the freight.
  • Damage Inspection: You are required to thoroughly inspect the external crating for physical damage before signing the driver's Bill of Lading (BOL). Any structural damage must be clearly noted on the BOL to preserve your freight cargo insurance protections.

3. Delivery Delays and Storage Fees

Estimated delivery windows are approximations based on carrier logistics. If a facility cannot accept an ordered freight delivery on the scheduled date, any resulting carrier storage fees or redelivery charges will be billed directly to the customer's account.
