1. Return Window and Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return window from the documented delivery date for standard, non-customized equipment configurations. To qualify for an authorized return, items must be completely unused, unassembled, and housed in their original manufacturer packaging with all protective seals intact.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom upholstered configurations, bespoke facility layout builds, and custom dimensions.
- Freight delivery charges, white-glove inside installation fees, and structural uncrating fees.
3. Inspection and Refund Issuance
Once your equipment arrives safely back at our fulfillment hub, our engineering team will perform a full diagnostic evaluation. Approved refunds are processed back to your original corporate payment method (minus the 20% restocking fee and return freight costs) within 7 to 10 business days of inspection completion.
